More than a grocery list
Freshness is the wedge, but it sits on a list that does more than groceries, and the same split shows up here. Family organizers have the household frame but thin collaboration; work and project tools have the collaboration but no idea about your kitchen. MyListResort is the overlap. Not just groceries
Each list type turns on only what it needs: freshness for food, drag-and-drop columns for a board, a “done by” date for an event, recurring intervals for home and auto maintenance. The family-organizer apps silo these into separate tools or skip them; MyListResort keeps them one tap apart, without the bloat.
A free progress board
It’s a simple kanban-style board, but built for home life rather than the office, and it’s free. The task and project tools that offer a board layout often put it behind a paid tier; here the board is just a list, shared like any other, at no extra cost. Roles, so nothing gets wiped
Most household list apps give everyone full add, edit and delete on everything, a real way to lose a shared list by accident. MyListResort has owner, member and view-only roles, enforced on the server, so you can share widely without sharing the delete button.

You are the customer, not the product
No ads, of any kind
Nothing appears on your list that your household did not put there. No banner across the top, and no "suggested" item quietly added to your shopping list because a brand paid for the slot.
We do not sell your personal information
Your grocery list says a great deal about your household. That is precisely why it is not for sale, to a data broker or to anybody else.
Your list content is not an advertising profile
Item and list names are used to run the app and nothing else. Nobody is mining them to work out what you eat so it can be sold back to you as an advertisement.
Your data leaves with you
A one-click JSON export of every list is on every tier, including the free one. It is not a retention lever, so it is not behind the paywall.
One optional household upgrade funds this app. That is the whole business model, which is what makes the four promises above safe to rely on: with no advertiser and no data buyer, there is nobody else for us to be working for.
